eTopps cards may include two different types of stickers:
- eTopps logo sticker (case seal): This sticker is applied to the top of the case and may occasionally appear misaligned, partially applied, or missing. This does not affect the card itself, and replacements are not offered for this type of sticker.
- Serialized sticker (with serial number): If your card is missing the serialized sticker, please contact Collector Support and include your order number along with clear images of the affected card(s). This will allow the team to review and assist further.

How to Check Out:
Here’s what happens when you’re ready to check out:
- Go to your portfolio, choose your delivery method, and click "Proceed to Checkout."
- Follow these steps:
- Confirm whether you want delivery or store credit for your items.
- Update your shipping and billing profiles with your most up-to-date information.
- Enter your credit card information in your billing profile to complete payment.
- If you’re selecting store credit:
- Did you already provide your topps.com email? Great! It’ll be pre-filled for you.
- If you didn’t, don’t worry—you’ll have a chance to enter and confirm it now.
Please note: store credit expires one year from the date it is applied.
- Review your order and hit confirm.
- That’s it! You’ll see an order confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.
