- A: Double-check that you are entering the passcode correctly. Sometimes it's easy to make a typo. Also, ensure that you are using the most recent passcode sent to your email, as each request generates a new code and invalidates the prior code. Important Notes: A request to remove your account, together with all your personal data, will be processed by our staff. If you have pending/open orders you will not be able to delete your account until those orders are delivered.
Deleting your Fanatics ONE account will remove all the purchase history, discounts, orders, invoices and all other information that might be related to your account or your purchases on ALL businesses using Fanatics ONE (Fanatics, Fanatics Betting & Gaming, Fanatics Live and Fanatics Collect), not just Topps.com.
You will not be able to restore access to your account after we approve your removal request.

- Find the Privacy Settings section.
- Check the box next to "Delete Account" and input your current password.
- Click "Agree and Submit Request"
